Inland condominiums, however, can still be purchased under $200,000.
 
Another standout landmark of Coquina Sands is Lowdermilk Park, a family friendly park sited directly adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico. Considered by many as one of the finest jewels in Naples, Lowdermilk Park provides an oasis for family fun and outdoor activities. The park features a large covered pavilion, restrooms, outside picnic areas, and a children's playground. Boating aficionados can sail into Hurricane Harbor and then pilot their boat through Doctor's Pass for an unobstructed cruise in the Gulf.
